written contributions, he authored the book BEYOND SURVIVAL, How

Institutions will Thrive in the 1990's, published by
Dow Jones. In 2001 he and now partner, Mike
Higgins Jr. co-authored a book which was published by DJI entitled PERFORMANCE
COMPENSATION FOR STAKEHOLDERS™, 14 Prerequisites for Success.
