Performance Versus Prior Month...

This report serves two primary purposes. First, it communicates how performance has changed on a measure by measure basis since the prior month. Second, it communicates the reward pool actually earned to date and the projected reward pool should performance meet budget for the rest of the year. This is especially useful since large gaps between actual and projected performance can indicate a need to revisit the budget.
