Performance Headlines...

The performance headlines report provides a snapshot of overall performance in a format that is easy to understand. The projected reward pool is summarized in the upper left hand corner. Along the left column, KPIs are classified as high performers, solid performers, or poor performers requiring immediate attention. Finally, actual and budgeted pretax net income is charted on the right side of the report.
