KPI Drill Down Report...

This report allows users to "drill down" and view the monthly details with respect to any KPI.  In order to help identify problem areas within the organization, the software will automatically generate a report of any KPIs projected to end up below baseline. Managers and coaches can use this information to gain insight as to why performance is indicated to fall below baseline and to help in developing a plan for corrective action.
