Branch, Lending Department and Lender Scorecards...

Additional scorecards can be created for branches, lending departments, and even individual lenders.  Participation in multiple models creates a dual focus upon accountability and overall teamwork because when multiple models are used, an employee's reward is based partly upon how their individual or unit scorecard performs (direct accountability) AND partly upon how the total organization scorecards performs (teamwork and sharing of ideas).
