The scorecard
serves as a simple and effective communication tool. On a monthly basis,
the organization’s performance is measured and the average hurdle
achieved and resulting reward pool calculated. Although “STAKEHOLDERS”
is financially comprehensive, the message is simple; performance above
baseline contributes to the organization’s profits and the employee’s
reward pool, while performance below baseline deducts from both.
