Distribute Rewards Based Upon Results...

A majority of our clients distribute rewards at year end.  However, some reward on a semi-annual or quarterly basis.  As alternative to frequent payouts, we have developed a check-like reward certificate (see example below) that can be issued on a periodic basis to convey transference of value.  It is a way to provide timely and personalized feedback, without actually disbursing cash.

There are a number of alternative distribution methods as well.  Clients have distributed rewards in the form of stock options, phantom stock, 401(k) contributions and other deferred instruments.
