Rewards Via Director's Rationale...
Consistent with
the overall objective to maximize long-term shareholder value, a report
called the Directors’ Rationale is used to validate the results of the
program. This report provides the board with a summary of earnings
before the reward pool, the size of the reward pool, and the resulting
impact on net income and value of the organization AFTER the reward pool
at each hurdle.
